Hybrid Supervisor for Application Development

Manage the application development team as a Hybrid Supervisor, ensuring optimal alignment with business goals and delivering effective software solutions. Focus on performance enhancement and team mentorship in a flexible work setting.
This supervisory role involves guiding the development team in best coding practices and system design. You will tackle troubleshooting and ensure resource allocation for application projects while enhancing team capabilities through mentoring. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide team on coding, testing, and software solutions
• Oversee new features and application integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to address needs
• Lead testing strategies in collaboration with QA teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of development experience, 3 years in a supervisory role
• Hands-on experience with C#, Python, and SQL
• Familiarity with relational databases and QA practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
