Air-tek Technical Account Manager Role

Air-tek

Join Air-tek as a Technical Account Manager in Toronto, managing enterprise B2B accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and high engagement with our software products. Your role is vital for shaping client success. In this position, you will work closely with 2-4 large enterprise clients, reporting to the Director of Delivery. Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships, tracking software usage, and supporting customers in achieving their business goals. Your proactive involvement will ensure effective software adoption and response to high-severity incidents. Key Responsibilities:

Execute strategic plans for your clients
Analyze software usage data and trends
Engage various client teams to understand needs
Facilitate internal discussions representing clients
Conduct meetings including quarterly reviews

Requirements:

4+ years in customer-facing positions
Experience in technical account management or customer success
Proven relationship-building skills
Strong communicative ability across technical and business topics
Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
