Position Summary The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies that support the company's long-term business growth. This position focuses on market research, digital marketing, branding, product promotion, and marketing communications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate annual marketing strategies and plans to support business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Develop professional marketing content, including brochures, catalogues, newsletters, and website materials.
• Coordinate branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Monitor marketing performance using analytical tools and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in planning promotional activities, product launches, and trade events.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, market research, or brand management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Required).
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, marketing analytics, and online advertising.
• Proficiency in managing business social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Solid working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager).
• Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
