Your dedication to compassionate care will enhance residents' well-being and foster a welcoming community culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and assistance with daily living activities
- Aid residents in communication using sensory aids
- Administer specific medications under supervision
- Ensure residents' access to mobility devices
- Provide emotional and spiritual support to residents
- Completion of a Personal Support Worker program
- Internationally Educated Nurse certification is acceptable
- Detail-oriented with bedside care skills
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
