À titre d’**agent(e) des ventes** **internes**, vous jouerez un rôle crucial afin d’aider les clients à trouver les protections qui répondront le mieux à leurs besoins, tout en favorisant la croissance des affaires, et ce, dans le confort de votre maison. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous répondrez principalement aux appels entrants de clients, durant lesquels vous prendrez le temps de comprendre leurs besoins, de cerner les protections manquantes et de leur recommander des produits personnalisés qui les aideront à protéger ce qui leur tient le plus à cœur.**Ce que vous ferez :*** **Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente :** Avoir une excellente performance de ventes en créant un sentiment de confiance auprès des clients, en comprenant leurs besoins uniques et en leur offrant les produits et services d’Allstate qui répondent à ces besoins.* **Fournir des recommandations de produit à titre d’expert(e) :** Approfondir vos connaissances sur nos produits afin de recommander les meilleurs choix de protection au meilleur prix possible grâce aux outils et systèmes d’Allstate, en vous assurant que chaque client reçoit la meilleure valeur et la tranquillité d’esprit.* **Renforcer les relations avec la clientèle :** Prendre l’initiative d’étendre les protections offertes à chaque ménage, augmenter la fidélisation des clients et s’assurer qu’ils se sentent bien soutenus. Vous tirerez parti de vos compétences en communication pour entretenir vos relations à long terme et rehausser la satisfaction de la clientèle.* **Collaborer pour atteindre l’excellence :** Travailler avec votre équipe et la direction pour harmoniser votre travail avec les stratégies de croissance de la compagnie et établir des objectifs de performance ambitieux.* **Se tenir informé(e) et agir dans le respect des exigences :** Participer à des séances de formation continue pour vous tenir à jour sur les produits, les normes de l’industrie et les exigences règlementaires.
