- Design and operationalize scalable enterprise-wide technology solutions
- Collaborate closely with Digital Wealth Leaders and execute against roadmaps
- Promote co-creation for global software development
- Build a high-performance engineering culture and people strategy
- Communicate vision and ensure team succession planning
- 10+ years in leadership roles managing complex technology projects
- 5+ years in Wealth Management or investment industry
- Expert knowledge in software development and agile principles
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
