Technology Strategy Lead - AI Focus

Elevate innovation as the Technology Strategy & Innovation Lead for a pension fund in Toronto. This hybrid role emphasizes AI integration and strategic problem-solving in Private Markets. Join a high-impact Customer Success & Innovation team to bridge investment and technology. You will collaborate closely with executive leaders, challenging assumptions and crafting tech-enabled solutions that tackle complex business issues. This position requires expertise in Private Markets and a profound understanding of Generative AI to guide teams in practical implementation. Key Responsibilities:

Advise on tech-enabled solutions for investment workflows
Integrate Generative AI into daily operations
Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders
Collaborate with technical teams for implementation

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years expertise in Private Markets
3-5 years in transformational strategy initiatives
Practical experience with Generative AI tools
Polished presentation and communication skills
Technology literacy in modern data platforms
