Executive Meeting Manager Nova Scotia

Drive success at Westin Nova Scotian as an Executive Meeting Manager in Halifax, NS. Build client relationships and ensure exceptional event experiences from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you'll manage meetings, conferences, and special events, acting as a trusted contact throughout each event's lifecycle. You'll leverage your skills in sales, event planning, and customer service to create memorable experiences and drive hotel revenue. With a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence, you'll deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients
- Coordinate meeting space, amenities, and audiovisual needs
- Negotiate contracts and secure group business
- Maintain accurate records in event management systems
- Foster long-term relationships for repeat business
- 1–2 years in hotel sales or event management
- Strong understanding of event planning and sales processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility for evening and weekend work
- Experience with Marriott systems is a plus
