About Us We are a Burlington family looking for a warm, experienced, and proactive nanny to care for our identical twin boys (8 months old). We're a schedule-minded household and value routine, clear communication, and a calm, loving environment for our boys. --- What You'll Do

• Provide attentive, loving care for both babies throughout the day
• Follow a structured daily schedule for naps, feeds, and play
• Prepare bottles and simple solids (purees, finger foods)
• Engage babies with age-appropriate activities: tummy time, sensory play, reading, outdoor walks
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery, baby laundry, and bottle/pump parts
• Communicate daily updates about feeds, naps, and milestones
• Support their developmental stage: sitting, crawling, babbling, and exploring

Who You Are

• Experienced with infants, ideally twins or multiples
• Certified in CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Schedule-minded — you understand the importance of consistent nap and feeding routines
• Warm, patient, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable with a baby-led approach to solids
• Non-smoker
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus
• Up-to-date on immunizations including TDAP and flu shot
• Strong references required
