Position: Music Production Expert - Bengali

Type: Contract

Compensation: $11$19/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Up to 6 months

Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality creativity and production quality.
Compare songs head-to-head on prompt adherence vocal quality and mix quality.
Label songs by genre structure instruments and vocals.
Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy against reference material.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali.
Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
2 years of experience as a music producer audio engineer or mixing engineer.
Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

Formal training in music performance theory or composition.
Credited or commercially released production engineering or mixing work.
Broad familiarity with contemporary Bengali genres sub-genres and artists.

Immediate
