Facility Maintenance Manager Eyaeyo Cleaning Services Ltd. Location Edson, AB Salary 36.05 hourly / 40 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Bachelor's degree Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities Identify customers’ needs Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment Troubleshoot problems related to equipment Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Work under pressure Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Repetitive Combination of sitting, standing, walking Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Organized Reliability Accurate Dependability Initiative Judgement Positive attitude Until: 2026-03-20
