Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Manager

Lead Salesforce quality assurance at ATB in a hybrid arrangement averaging one on-site day weekly, using automation and Agile delivery methods.As Senior Manager, QA Services, you will lead, manage, and coach Salesforce QA teams supporting ATB’s enterprise CRM journey. You will define quality strategies for configuration, customization, data migration, and integrations. The work combines automated testing, delivery processes, stakeholder partnership, and team development.Key Responsibilities:
Develop QA strategies across Salesforce platforms and integration touchpointsExpand automated regression test suites across applicationsChampion SDLC and Continuous Delivery process complianceManage QA Leads and Specialists supporting engineering projectsEstablish metrics and improve quality assurance practicesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalentThree-plus years managing IT delivery and maintenance teamsEnterprise quality strategy and automated testing framework experienceSalesforce, cloud development, and deployment experience preferredCI/CD pipelines, Agile, security, and test automation knowledgeBring Salesforce QA leadership, automation expertise, and Agile delivery knowledge to ATB’s enterprise CRM transformation.
