L’automatisation durable et les tests intégrés orientent ce rôle QA chez Desjardins, de la préparation des essais jusqu’à la livraison.À titre de Lead QA, Stratégie et Livraison, vous pilotez la qualité pour des programmes technologiques complexes réunissant plusieurs équipes. Vous définissez les méthodes, outils, processus et critères d’acceptation selon une approche axée sur les risques. Vous planifiez les capacités, coordonnez les niveaux de tests et maintenez une vision consolidée du programme.Responsabilités clés :
Définir les approches et critères d’entrée et sortiePlanifier les capacités, ressources, environnements et donnéesCoordonner les activités de tests intégrés et de régressionPiloter la feuille de route d’automatisation des testsIntégrer l’automatisation aux pratiques de livraison pertinentesExigences :
Expérience d’un plan de tests intégré multiéquipesExpérience en gestion de portée, capacité et dépendancesMaîtrise de l’automatisation des tests en environnement AgileConnaissance des pratiques CI/CDConnaissance de Xray, Confluence et ALMMobilisez votre expertise des tests, de l’automatisation et des outils QA pour structurer des livraisons mesurables.
