Features an integrated, onsite Guardian pharmacy to expedite prescription fulfillment and enforce patient compliance. Comprehensive administrative, MOAs, Clinic Manager, and centralized billing support executed by dedicated clinic personnel to eliminate physician administrative burden.
Hybrid walk-in and longitudinal appointment model designed to capture acute regional medical demand and guarantee immediate physician roster saturation.

Target Gross Income: $360,000 – $500,000+ annually (Fee-for-service via Doctors Manitoba/ MHHLS based on 40 hours/week).
Contract Completion Bonus: $50,000 lump sum upon fulfillment of the 5-year term.

• Overhead Structure: 0% deduction for the first 3 months if you have less than 120 visits per week and if you have more than 120 visits per week overhead will be 10% to maximize initial capital retention.

Benefits Plan: 50/50 clinic-subsidized Group Benefits Plan (extended health, dental, long-term disability), or independent Manitoba Medical Association ( MMA ) coverage.

• Relocation Capital: Up to $20,000 transition allowance over first 3 months from starting.

Scope of Practice

• Comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.
• Hybrid walk-in and appointment-based care delivery.
• Diagnostics, laboratory interpretation, and prescribing.
• Clinical documentation maintained to provincial standards.

Mandatory Credentials

• Medical Degree (MD) with English proficiency.
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba ( CPSM ).
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Family Physicians of Canada ( CFPC ).
• Active insurance ( CMPA or equivalent).
• Clear Criminal Record, Child Abuse, and Adult Abuse registry checks.
• Signed 5-year Return of Service Agreement.
