Join Cloud Imperium Games as a Lead Gameplay Programmer for Star Citizen, focusing on innovative gameplay systems. Your responsibilities include providing mentorship, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring project goals are achieved on schedule. You'll engage with diverse teams and drive continuous improvement in game systems, leveraging your passion for gaming. Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand StarEngine technology for project development
Collaborate with Creative Directors on project vision
Document and review technical designs across teams
Mentor and manage career progress for software engineers
Analyze projects to identify areas for enhancement

Requirements:

Proven success with AAA titles on multiple platforms
Strong technical programming background
Experience in decision-making roles
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Communicate technical solutions across disciplines
