Global Strategy Analyst at CAE

Elevate your career as a Global Strategy Analyst with CAE. Collaborate with senior leadership, manage strategic initiatives, and support key performance analysis to drive business growth. In this full-time role, you will work alongside the Chief Strategy Officer and key Directors to enhance CAE's strategic direction. Your responsibilities include leading strategic planning efforts and leveraging OKRs to align company initiatives. You'll also create impactful presentations for executive stakeholders and manage special projects designed to address critical business challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning through market and performance analysis
• Collaborate with teams to align strategic initiatives and OKRs
• Craft presentations for the executive management and Board of Directors
• Conduct assessments on business opportunities and risks
• Support the rollout of CAE's OKR program for the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2 to 5 years of analytical experience
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
