What you will accomplish with us

As a Student – Retirement Technician, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

Perform various transactions required for the administration of annuities and retirement benefits;

Participate in the search for missing participants;

Participate in pensioner information verification exercises;

Perform filing, document scanning, printing, and mailings;

Actively contribute to improving our ways of working and documenting them;

Respond to various customer service and participant inquiries;

Enter information into various computer platforms and contribute to maintaining the information contained in databases.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who

Is currently pursuing college or university studies in administration or a related field;

Is recognized for their attention to detail;

Stands out for their strong autonomy;

Demonstrates knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;

Shows analytical skills;

Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the person will be required to interact verbally and in writing with English-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada on a daily basis;

Has excellent French language skills, both spoken and written;

Is available full-time during the summer, working 35 hours per week, and a minimum of 15 hours per week during the school year;

Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (an asset).
