Unity3D/Three.js Digital Twin Developer => Relocate to China

Company Overview

We are a medical device company specializing in the R&D of phototherapy and medical aesthetic products. We are currently hiring a Digital Twin Developer to work on 3D visualization of medical aesthetic devices, digital twin platforms, virtual simulation, and internal company game projects.

You will work one-on-one with the founder, turning product concepts into solutions that can be validated, iterated, and shipped quickly — using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Trae to accelerate development.

Responsibilities
Build digital twins, 3D showcases, virtual operation interfaces, and data visualization applications for medical devices using Unity3D or Three.js
Implement dynamic mapping of device states, operating parameters, and operational workflows based on the real hardware's structure and runtime logic
Own 3D scenes, model materials, animation effects, UI interaction, and rendering performance optimization
Integrate with physical devices, cloud platforms, and business systems via WebSocket, MQTT, TCP/IP, and similar protocols
Contribute to internal board games and interactive game projects, implementing game mechanics and the employee gaming system
Use AI coding tools to assist with development, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation
Collaborate with product, industrial design, algorithm, embedded, and hardware teams to bring projects to completion

Requirements:
Requirements
Hands-on Unity3D or Three.js project experience, with the ability to independently deliver 3D interactive applications
Proficiency in at least one of the following stacks:
Unity3D, C#, and related 3D interaction development technologies
Three.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, WebGL, and front-end development technologies
Familiarity with 3D model loading, materials and lighting, animation control, UI interaction, asset management, and performance optimization
Working knowledge of digital twin architecture, with the ability to link physical devices and real-time data to 3D models
Working knowledge of at least one communication method: REST API, WebSocket, MQTT, TCP/IP, etc.
Proficiency with one or more AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Trae — able to judge whether AI-generated code is correct and take ownership of final code quality
Strong requirement comprehension, independent execution, fast learning, and communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree or above preferred; majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Media, Automation, Electronic Information, or related fields preferred. Requirements may be relaxed for candidates with an outstanding project track record

You are not required to master both Unity3D and Three.js — proficiency in one is sufficient, provided you are willing to learn and work with the other.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital twins, industrial simulation, equipment visualization, or smart healthcare projects
Experience in medical devices, photoelectric aesthetic equipment, laser equipment, or smart hardware
Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or C4D
Experience integrating IoT platforms, sensors, embedded devices, or real-time data streams
Experience in VR, AR, MR, digital board games, or interactive game development
Familiarity with React, Vue, Python, C++, or related technologies
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents, MCP, or automation workflows
Experience shipping a complete project end to end, or a portfolio of demonstrable personal work
