Description du poste : En tant que traducteur médical interne, vous serez responsable de l’interprétation linguistique et culturelle des documents. Vous vous attacherez à conserver ou reproduire la structure et le style du texte original tout en transmettant fidèlement les idées et les informations qu’il contient. Très attaché à la qualité et à la précision, vous maîtrisez au moins deux langues et possédez des compétences qui vous permettent de rechercher la terminologie spécifique à l’industrie. Vous faites également preuve de compétences exceptionnelles en résolution de problèmes lorsque vous êtes confronté à un contenu et à des instructions complexes. Vous établirez des relations solides avec l’équipe d’IQVIA Language Solutions et jouerez un rôle clé dans l’efficacité et le succès des opérations d’IQVIA Language Solutions. Vous contribuerez à la mise à jour ou à l’amélioration des glossaires, des mémoires de traduction, des guides de style et de toute autre ressource interne et identifierez les lacunes dans les instructions ou tout problème externe susceptible d’affecter l’engagement envers le client. En plus de votre rôle de partenaire stratégique pour assurer la livraison à temps des traductions et le respect de nos engagements de qualité envers les clients, vous relirez les textes traduits pour en vérifier la terminologie, la grammaire, l’orthographe et la ponctuation. Exigences :
- Locuteur natif de la langue cible indiquée dans l’annonce
- Maîtrise de la ou des langues sources (Anglais et Japonais)
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en traduction, relecture et édition de contenus dans le domaine des sciences de la vie, y compris les documents d’essais cliniques
- Diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur ou universitaire en traduction ou en linguistique et au moins 3 ans d’expérience en traduction OU pas de diplôme, mais au moins 5 ans d’expérience en traduction
- Expérience des systèmes de gestion de la traduction et des outils de TAO
- Vous devrez travailler directement avec des départements, des équipes, des fonctions de support et des parties prenantes d'IQVIA situés partout au Canada et à travers le monde, par conséquent, une connaissance fonctionnelle de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, est nécessaire à l'exercice des fonctions de ce poste.

- Native speaker in advertised targeted language
- Fluency in source language(s) (English and Japanese)
- At least 3 years of experience translating, reviewing, and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents
- A tertiary or university degree in translation or linguistics and at least 3 years of translation experience OR no university degree and at least 5 years of translation experience
- Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
- You will be required to work directly with IQVIA departments, teams, support functions and stakeholders located across Canada and around the world therefore, a functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to perform the duties of this position.
