Join Elation Health as a Remote Support Engineer, enhancing patient experiences through AI-driven solutions and customer insights. Use your engineering skills to solve complex cases and shape product quality. As a Support Engineer, you will bridge the gap between customers and product functions. This role requires 1-5+ years in Engineering or data analytics, with a strong focus on AI automation. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams, synthesizing case information, and mentoring peers on AI applications and workflows. Key Responsibilities:

Synthesize customer insights through weekly and monthly reports
Manage escalated customer cases with critical judgment
Configure and own AI quality for efficient case resolution
Automate workflows and internal tools for team efficiency
Mentor team members on technical skills like SQL or scripting

Requirements:

1-5+ years experience in Engineering, AI, or data analytics
Proficient in Python, SQL, or JavaScript
Solid customer-facing communication skills
Demonstrated ability to construct and ship projects
Strong pattern recognition and problem-solving abilities
