Automotive Manufacturing Engineer Role

Drive innovation and operational improvements as an Automotive Manufacturing Engineer in our advanced facility. Leverage your skills in designing efficient processes and ensuring compliance with safety standards. We seek a Manufacturing Engineer with 3-5 years of experience, ideally in high-volume automotive manufacturing. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new equipment, implement APQP processes, and enhance production efficiency. You will also be instrumental in developing BOMs and adhering to safety regulations within the plant environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize process flows across manufacturing
- Support new product development through feasibility studies
- Create and replace poke yoke components
- Conduct safety audits and machine buy-offs
- Assist in troubleshooting and implementing engineering changes
- 3-5 years in automotive manufacturing
- Engineering degree in mechanical or manufacturing
- Experience with CAD modeling and tooling designs
- Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies
- Knowledge of Lean principles for process improvement
