This role begins remotely, transitioning to a hybrid format in Brandon, Manitoba. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily technical communication with key customers
- Develop deep understanding of Axon solutions for agencies
- Collaborate on tailoring solutions to client workflows
- Support customer training and knowledge transfer initiatives
- Monitor support tickets and provide Tier 2 troubleshooting
- 4+ years in customer success or technical account management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with public safety organizations is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft products and API integrations
- Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
