This role begins remotely, transitioning to a hybrid format in Brandon, Manitoba. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily technical communication with key customers
  • Develop deep understanding of Axon solutions for agencies
  • Collaborate on tailoring solutions to client workflows
  • Support customer training and knowledge transfer initiatives
  • Monitor support tickets and provide Tier 2 troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in customer success or technical account management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with public safety organizations is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft products and API integrations
  • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
