Technical Support Engineer at Evertz

You will be the crucial link between Evertz and its clients, tasked with configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Ethernet/IP networks. The position requires the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly while also being hands-on during on-site installations and training. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and document small to large IP networks
- Respond to client technical inquiries about firmware
- Diagnose and troubleshoot networking issues with clarity
- Support development of product communication materials
- Install systems and conduct user training at sites
- Degree or recent experience in Computer Networking
- Knowledge of IP Networking Protocols is essential
- Some background in troubleshooting networks
- Strong Linux proficiency required
- Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license
