Description du poste
Le titulaire du poste accomplit des tâches administratives générales, notamment : préparer des rapports en utilisant divers logiciels; compiler des renseignements recueillis auprès de différentes sources; et gérer de petits projets. Il exerce des fonctions de bureau générales qui peuvent comprendre le traitement de texte, la saisie de données, la vérification de documents, la réponse au téléphone, la distribution du courrier, la réservation de salles de conférence, la coordination de réunions et d’autres tâches assignées. Le titulaire du poste peut traiter régulièrement des documents confidentiels.
