AI Product Quality Specialist — Contractor (US/Canada)

Human Agency, Inc. is seeking an AI Product Quality Specialist (Contractor) to triage user feedback, distinguish realtime blockers from noise, and resolve issues with speed and precision. You’ll help keep our product quality high while leadership stays focused on what’s next.
This role is open to candidates in the US or Canada as an independent contractor with potential for conversion to full-time hire, based on performance, business needs, and trajectory.
