Project Administrator at HOK

Elevate your career with HOK as a Project Administrator, providing essential coordination and support on diverse architectural projects with a focus on healthcare. This role blends project management support with hands-on administrative tasks. As a key member of the project team at HOK, you will assist the project manager and project architect in tracking project progress, coordinating meetings, and managing documentation. With three or more years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare, you’ll help streamline project execution and communication across departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project tracking and reporting for team alignment
- Manage project filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Schedule and coordinate all project meetings efficiently
- Ensure updates in Deltek VantagePoint Project Management system
- Draft client communications and facilitate accurate reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years in a project administration role
- Experience with healthcare projects is advantageous
- Interest in progression towards Project Manager role
- Some travel and overtime may be required
