Senior Liability Specialist

SGI is looking for a Senior Liability Specialist to join our team in Saskatchewan!
We want to hear from you if you:
Have expert-level skill in liability claims adjusting and a strong understanding of insurance theory and claims practices.
Enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous learning.
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at analyzing complex information to make sound decisions.
Have strong communication skills and can effectively provide direction, guidance, and support to others.
Are confident making high-level decisions and recommendations in complex or sensitive situations.
Have experience interpreting policy wordings and applying them to claims-related matters.
Possess strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a passion for developing others and contributing to team success.

Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, or Health Sciences or defined equivalency, and 5  7 years of experience handling complex property and casualty claims.
