Job Description
As a Summer Labourer , you'll play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll get hands-on experience working with metal materials, all while learning about the importance of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
What you're responsible for:
- Sorting, picking, and processing scrap metals
- Cleaning and inspecting recycling yard by sweeping and raking materials and debris
- Directing customer traffic during busy periods
- Performing other general labourer duties as assigned
Qualifications
To join our team:
- You are a current student or recently finished school
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are able to lift 50lbs comfortably
- You have good communication and teamwork skills
- You have previous experience in a similar role or industry (preferred)
- You have a willingness to learn
