- Foster relationships with senior management for project opportunities
- Oversee platform migration and global rollout strategy
- Collaborate with technology partners to design tailored solutions
- Plan and estimate delivery tasks using Agile methodology
- 10+ years in CCaaS technology and Cloud platforms
- 7+ years in strategic planning and project management
- Experience with AI chatbots and digital roadmaps
- Proficiency in English for client interactions
- Leadership experience in consulting environments
