Principal Consultant - Building Solutions at Rimkus

Transform the built environment as a Principal Consultant for Building Solutions at Rimkus. This role emphasizes assessing and renovating structures while enhancing sustainability practices.
You will engage with various building types, delivering effective solutions for fire, wind, and flood repairs. Your proactive communication with both clients and contractors will be essential as you oversee projects and encourage innovative practices in building management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide junior technical staff
• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines
• Facilitate project progression through all stages
• Perform on-site evaluations and assessments
• Market services to secure client engagements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/building engineering
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in structural restoration
• Must hold a P.Eng. designation
• Experience in client relationship management preferred
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
