FIDGI Communications est une entreprise familiale œuvrant dans le domaine des ventes privilèges en automobile. Nous en sommes présentement à notre 15e année d’opération et connaissons une forte croissance dans l’organisation événementielle ! De plus, nous sommes fiers de notre réputation, construite principalement sur la qualité du service offert par nos agents téléphoniques.
Le poste représente l’opportunité d’être en contact avec les clients des concessionnaires par téléphone, afin de les inviter à prendre rendez-vous avec leur conseiller dans le but d'examiner leurs options à court, moyen et long terme. Il est important de souligner que nous misons sur la qualité plutôt que la quantité ! Nous recherchons des candidats avec de l’entregent, enthousiastes et à l’écoute, capables de communiquer, avec tact et conviction, les avantages à se présenter en concession.Description du poste :
- Lieu : À domicile (100%)
- Taux horaire de base progressif + bonis + participation de l’employeur au RVER
- Assurances collectives (très bon plan)
- Expérience en centre d’appels (appels sortant un atout)
- Bilingue (un atout)
- Connaissances de base en informatique
- VOUS DEVEZ POSSÉDER un ordinateur récent (PC ou portable avec interface Windows) ainsi qu'une connexion Internet haute vitesse. Vous devez pouvoir vous brancher à Internet avec un fil plutôt que par WiFi afin de pouvoir effectuer le travail .

Horaire : (selon la demande contractuelle)
Temps plein : 32,5 heures/semaine sur 4 jours
Lundi, mardi et mercredi : 9h00 à 12h00 – 13h00 à 16h00 – 17h30 à 20h30
Jeudi : 13h00 à 16h00 – 17h30 à 20h00
Heures additionnelles : votre disponibilité pour des heures additionnelles lors de périodes achalandées est essentielle et sera prise en considération lors de la sélection des candidats.
Nous privilégions les candidats bilingues mais des postes sont aussi disponibles pour les candidats unilingues francophones.
