Join our Telecommunications Department!
You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently supporting the communication needs of our dental clinics and patients across multiple locations.
About you:
- Previous experience in an admin environment is an asset
- Strong customer service focus is required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and remain calm under stress
What you'll do in this role:
- Respond to all patient inquiries
- Direct inquiring parties accordingly
- Assist with data entry
- Complete assigned tasks
- Consistent hours
- Complimentary dental care
- Staff engagement events; themed days, birthday treats, and other team building experiences
- We are located downtown Toronto - a hard perk to top!
Hours: 35 hours weekly
