Promote a culture of safety as the Ramp Safety Compliance Leader at Toronto Flight Kitchen. Your expertise will focus on adherence to safety protocols while overseeing airside operations. We are in search of an engaged individual passionate about Health & Safety, ready to supervise and enhance ramp safety. Reporting to the Manager, Operations, Safety, you will monitor compliance, support training initiatives, and ensure safe operational practices. Your role is crucial in incident management and driving safety campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee adherence to safety standards and policies
• Conduct audits, observations, and safety assessments
• Provide coaching and reinforcement of safe behaviors
• Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
• Participate in safety meetings and trainings

Requirements:

• Background in Health & Safety management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
