? Ability to stand for extended periods of time
? Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

? Ability to work in a plant environment with consistent temperature and moderate noise levels

As a Tea Packer , you will play an important role in ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards before reaching customers. Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting finished tea packages to ensure they are properly sealed and free from defects
- Verifying lot codes for accuracy and legibility
- Packaging products into cases for storage and shipment
- Setting aside damaged or questionable products for rework or disposal
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and obstruction-free work area
- Following sanitation procedures and personal hygiene standards
- Setting aside first and last cases of each SKU for quality assurance inspections
- Monitoring metal detector performance and reporting any issues immediately
- Inspecting packaging integrity and seal quality
- Following all SQF (Safe Quality Food), WorkSafeNB, and company policies and procedures
- Reporting any safety or food safety concerns and stopping production when necessary
- Assisting with other duties as assigned
