National Senior Manager, Enterprise Employee Relations

AstraZeneca seeks a National Senior Manager of Employee Relations for its Canadian enterprise in Mississauga. This hybrid role provides strategic HR expertise across business units, managing employee relations matters, policy compliance, and investigations while partnering with HR leadership and legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Set and interpret HR policies ensuring alignment with Canadian legislation and global standards
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations, performance plans, and terminations with legal coordination
• Maintain performance management playbooks and training to ensure consistent organizational standards
• Own intake, triage, and resolution of ethics reports and escalated cases
• Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on change initiatives, policy compliance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 10 years of employee relations or policy experience
• End-to-end performance management framework experience
• Ability to conduct independent employee relations investigations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and regulations
• Advanced communication, presentation, and report writing skills
• Strong relationship building and problem-solving abilities in complex situations

Compensation: $134,227.20-$176,173.20 base annually
