AI Automation Engineer – AI/ML, Test Automation, Python/Java & SAP

Role Description:

• We are seeking experienced automation engineers to support our Quality Engineering and automation initiatives.

• Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy across critical business domains, including compensation systems, database validation, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Automation Solutions: Develop intelligent automation frameworks leveraging AI/ML to automate complex testing and business process scenarios.

• Assess and Optimize Current Processes: Evaluate existing automation practices; identify gaps and opportunities for AI enhancement.

• Build AI-Powered Frameworks:

• Intelligent test case generation and prioritization.

• Anomaly detection and validation.

• Automated test data generation.

• Process optimization and monitoring.

• Shift to AI-Driven Automation: Introduce next-generation methodologies moving beyond traditional scripted automation toward predictive and adaptive models.

• Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer: Guide teams on new AI-powered automation tools and best practices.

• Proof of Concepts: Deliver POCs demonstrating ROI within 1–2 months.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in automation, QA, testing, or related engineering roles.

• 3+ years working with AI/ML technologies (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar).

• Strong automation framework expertise (Selenium, Appium, REST APIs, RPA tools).

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages.

• Experience with data analysis and validation.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP knowledge or ERP system experience.

• Experience with LLM applications for automation or documentation.

• Familiarity with RBC's tech stack or banking/financial systems.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Contributions to automation or AI communities.
