This role integrates deeply into portfolio companies, evaluating their operations and identifying workflows ripe for improvement through software. You will collaborate with the General Managers and success leads to pinpoint areas where your technical skills can make a real difference. A mix of back-end and front-end programming along with strong operational instincts will be vital as you shape the outcomes of your deployments. Key Responsibilities:
- Fully immerse in portfolio operations to identify gaps
- Pinpoint workflows suitable for agentic software solutions
- Develop, deploy, and monitor integrated systems
- Collaborate with GMs to cultivate strong professional ties
- Capture insights into playbooks to enhance future projects
- Expertise in software development with TypeScript and Python
- Strong understanding of customer needs and business metrics
- Ability to operate autonomously in dynamic settings
- Familiarity with advanced engineering practices in AI
- Strong writing skills for clear communication and documentation
