Senior Interior Designer
Wiklém Design inc.
The Wiklém Group is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer and Registered ARIDO member
to lead substantial interior design and Design+BUILD projects from concept through construction.
We are an award-winning Toronto firm specializing in condominium common-area refurbishment, with projects ranging from targeted renovations to complex multi-million-dollar transformations.
You’ll lead design, client presentations, project documentation, budgeting, procurement, contractor coordination, site meetings, and construction administration while mentoring intermediate and junior designers.
What We’re Looking For
Approximately 10+ years of professional interior design experience
Current Registered ARIDO membership — required
Degree or diploma in Interior Design
Experience independently leading projects from concept through construction
Strong client presentation and relationship-management skills
Strong AutoCAD, construction documentation, materials, and site experience
Experience with budgeting, tendering, procurement, and contractor coordination
Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle
Experience in condominium refurbishment, multifamily residential, hospitality, retirement/seniors living, or Design+BUILD is particularly relevant.
We are a small, collaborative team where senior designers have significant project ownership, direct client relationships, and the opportunity to influence how the studio works and grows.
This is primarily an in-office Toronto role, with regular GTA site visits and flexibility for occasional work-from-home days.
