Family-Centered Care Practice Consultant

Reporting to the Director of Professional Practice & Nursing, you will coordinate significant projects focused on family and patient-centered care, supervising staff members, and ensuring that project deliverables align with operational goals. This position demands strong leadership and effective communication with various stakeholders throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consultation on professional and family-centered practice
- Work collaboratively with healthcare leaders to enhance practices
- Supervise team performance, providing coaching and evaluations
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing goals and timelines
- Report on project updates and identifying potential risks
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or relevant healthcare field
- 7-10 years in project management within healthcare
- Active registration with appropriate licensing body
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing regulations and practices
- Strong communication and problem-resolution skills
