As a Manager, you will specialize in ERP change management with a focus on SAP implementations. Your role will encompass designing comprehensive change strategies, assessing workforce impacts, and guiding organizations through complex transitions. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems while contributing to practice growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead change management strategies for SAP implementations - Drive business readiness and adoption throughout project lifecycle - Assess organizational impacts and design success strategies - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders - Ensure delivery excellence and manage project risks
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 5-8 years in ERP change management - PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification preferred - Project management experience;
PMP certification advantageous - Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
