As part of the Joint Department of Medical Imaging, Mount Sinai Hospital’s Medical Imaging team collaborates with University Health Network and Women’s College Hospital to deliver integrated, high‑quality diagnostic services. By pooling resources and expertise, our department offers a broader range of specialized services and advanced technologies. - Medical Radiation Technologist, X‑Ray Sonographer
- Medical Imaging (Rotating General Ultrasound) Sonographer
- Medical Imaging (Obstetric Ultrasound) Sonographer
All work schedules are available, including Full‑Time, Part‑Time, Temporary, and Casual.

Job Requirements
- For all positions:
• Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) within the specialty you wish to practice in
• Completion of a Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification program, LevelII: Basic Rescuer certification - General modalities (X‑Ray, CT, Angio & IR, Breast Imaging):
• Completion of an accredited degree/post‑diploma Radiological Technology program, or recognized equivalent
• Contrast injection course (preferred)
• IV insertion course (preferred) - Breast Imaging specific:
• Successful completion of Breast Imaging1 and2 course from the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
• Completion of >4hours of continuing education in Mammography within the past 3years and a commitment to ongoing continuing education that meets CAR and hospital requirements (preferred)
• Previous Breast Imaging working experience with digital radiography (preferred) - Nuclear Medicine:
• Completion of an accredited degree/diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent
• Certificate of registration in the specialty of Nuclear Medicine from CAMRT - MRI:
• Completion of an accredited degree/diploma in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
• Cross‑sectional anatomy course
• Contrast injection course - Ultrasonography Sonographer:
• Completion of an accredited Ultrasonography degree/post‑diploma program
• Registered with Sonography Canada with CRGS designation
• Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification (preferred)
