Trading Operations Associate - CI Financial

CI Financial Corp.

Elevate your career as a Trading Operations Associate on a contract basis at CI Financial in Toronto. This position requires a mix of analytical skills and trading support expertise. In this role, you’ll ensure effective trade processing and reconciliation for various asset classes, while engaging with Portfolio Management teams to meet operational demands. Your commitment to reducing trading errors will be crucial as you navigate post-settlement issues and manage collateral effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Support daily trading operations for portfolio groups
Monitor and confirm trade settlements across markets
Address pricing challenges and discrepancies
Develop and report on team procedures consistently
Validate corporate actions for diverse portfolios

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
2-3 years of relevant industry experience
Proficient in Charles River Order Management
Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Solid understanding of financial markets
