Senior Ai Data Architect Azure

Design enterprise data architectures for AI/ML and Generative AI workloads in Toronto, with three onsite days each week.This contract Senior Data Architect role focuses on conceptual, logical, and physical data models. You will address training, inference, RAG, feature engineering, and AI/ML pipeline requirements. The work requires Azure expertise, modern cloud platforms, and governed data design.Key Responsibilities:

Significant experience designing enterprise data architecturesDeep expertise in modern cloud data platformsStrong knowledge of Azure data and AI ecosystemExperience with Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft FoundryKnowledge of governance, lineage, quality, security, and privacyApply senior architecture expertise across Azure, AI/ML, RAG, Generative AI, governance, and enterprise data modeling.
