- Rédiger et soumettre des rapports
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des ordinateurs, de l'équipement et de la machinerie
- Résoudre les problèmes professionnels, fournir des conseils techniques et recommander des mesures visant à améliorer la productivité et la qualité des produits
- Recruter et embaucher du personnel
- Former les employés quant aux tâches et aux politiques
- Prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour la formation du personnel
- Effectuer des examens de rendement
- Coordonner, répartir et revoir le travail
