Élaborer des plans spécifiques pour établir des priorités
Organiser les tâches pour accomplir le travail
Superviser la logistique opérationnelle de l'organisation
Planifier et organiser la logistique opérationnelle de l'organisation
Coordonner les activités avec les autres unités de travail ou départements
Rédiger et soumettre des rapports
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des ordinateurs, de l'équipement et de la machinerie
Résoudre les problèmes professionnels, fournir des conseils techniques et recommander des mesures visant à améliorer la productivité et la qualité des produits
Recruter et embaucher du personnel
Former les employés quant aux tâches et aux politiques
Prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour la formation du personnel
Effectuer des examens de rendement
Coordonner, répartir et revoir le travail
Demander ou commander du matériel, de l'équipement et des fournitures
Organiser et tenir un inventaire à jour
