Data & Bi Platform Lead

Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Data & BI Platform Lead to provide technical leadership across Data & Analytics and Business Intelligence initiatives. This role bridges business and technology, translating business needs into scalable data solutions, well-defined business metrics, and actionable insights.You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, architects, and BI teams to understand data needs, define KPIs and reporting logic, and ensure that data solutions are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end data flows, cloud data platforms, data architecture, modeling, and BI, combined with the ability to guide cross-functional initiatives and influence technical and business decisions.Primary Location:

Act as a trusted data advisor to business stakeholders, understanding their objectives, challenges, and data needsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications, scalable data solutions, and analytical use casesPartner with business teams to define, validate, and standardize KPIs, business metrics, and reporting logicProvide technical leadership across Data & Analytics and BI initiatives, collaborating with engineers, architects, and BI teamsSupport end-to-end data solutions spanning source systems, integration, transformation, modeling, and reportingAnalyze and validate data, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business insightsDrive data quality, governance, and continuous improvement across data products and BI solutionsLead cross-functional data initiatives and help align technical solutions with business objectivesQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong technical background in data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and BI solutionsHands‑on experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or DatabricksStrong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshootingExperience translating business needs into technical requirements, analytical use cases, KPIs, and meaningful business metricsSolid understanding of end-to-end data flows, dependencies, and integration across data platformsGood understanding of data quality, data governance, and approaches for maintaining reliable and consistent dataStrong business acumen with effective stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to provide technical leadership across cross-functional initiatives and influence both technical and business decisionsNICE TO HAVE
