Exploration Geologist

Exploration Geologist – Dryden, Ontario

Neocene Solutions Inc. is looking for a Core Logging Geologist to join our team on an active gold exploration project near Dryden, Ontario.

This position is well suited for a geologist with some previous exploration experience who is looking to build their career in mineral exploration and gain hands-on exposure to a drill program.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of mineral exploration and/or core logging experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and currently reside in Canada

Key Responsibilities

• Log diamond drill core, including lithology, alteration, mineralization, and structural features
• Mark and organize sample intervals
• Assist with core photography and core management
• Enter and maintain geological data accurately
• Support QA/QC procedures and sampling activities
• Work closely with project geologists to ensure consistent and high-quality data collection
• Follow all site health and safety procedures
