lululemon is seeking a Global Corporate Communications Manager for an 18-month contract.

The Global Communications & Corporate Affairs team vision is to inspire people to trust and choose lululemon and create belief in the company's purpose and potential.

The Global Corporate Communications team supports this vision by driving external communication and narrative strategies to enhance and protect lululemon's corporate reputation, while building awareness and understanding of the company's vision, strategy, and performance.

Reporting to the Director, Global Corporate Communications, this role is responsible for leading lululemon's corporate website, external owned corporate content strategy and newsroom, as well as developing multi-stakeholder communications strategies and materials for key company initiatives and business moments, such as our quarterly earnings and annual shareholder meeting.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in corporate communications environments and is a highly-motivated and collaborative team player. This person will have excellent writing skills, strong stakeholder and project management abilities, and extensive experience working with business media and communicating around complex and high-visibility corporate moments.

core accountabilities:

• Oversee our corporate website, including managing website vendor, content, budget, projects, and reporting.
• Lead our corporate external owned content strategy and serve as a key member of our newsroom committee, supporting and maintaining editorial processes, content calendars, and standards that enable consistent, high-quality storytelling outputs.
• Draft and edit external communications materials, including announcement plans, press releases, and executive briefing documents.
• Support the team with day-to-day business media relations including management of the media inbox, media monitoring and measurement, and helping to build and maintain relationships with top-tier business and trade publications.
• Provide assistance on fast-moving reputation work, including risk mitigation, and crisis and issues response.
• Work with the team's corporate communications agency of record as needed on owned content and proactive storytelling projects.
• Serve as a key point of contact for our regional communications leaders for global storytelling and ‘corporate centre of excellence' counsel.
• Manage multiple communications projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.

qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 8-10 years of dynamic experience in a strategic communications role at a global organization.
• You are a clear communicator with excellent writing skills and a strong ability to solve problems effectively.
• You are a strategic thinker with a global mindset.
• You have sharp attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• You have strong media relations experience and knowledge of financial markets, corporate finance concepts, and SEC disclosure norms.
• You have strong verbal and presentation skills.
• Education: min. Bachelor's degree.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $112,00-$147,000CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
