Call Center Agent

What's in it for you?
$17.00 per hour
Work from comfortable home in Saskatchewan
Operational hour: Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm central time
Paid weekly, every Friday
35 - 37 hours a week
Must be available in evenings and weekends
Temporary for 3 month till project end.
What's the job
Make outbound calls to potential supporters, and donors.
Provide information about the initiatives, and events.
Answer questions and address concerns from the public.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED.
Able to type 40 words per minutes with 95% accuracy
Two years prior call center experience preferred.
Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends and holidays).
Ability to interpret complex KPIs and relate them to qualitative findings
Experience with contact center software
Requires a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team and have a genuine interest in people and desire to help.
Legally to work in Canada without restriction
Able to complete backcheck
Work at Home Computer requirements:
Headset - (Can not be wireless)
Personal computer or laptop. (We Do Not Support Mac Computers)
