Cybersecurity Hardening & Vulnerability Management Specialist

We are seeking a cybersecurity specialist to develop, standardize, and operationalize enterprise vulnerability hardening standards across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments. This role will translate vulnerability insights into actionable, audit-ready hardening standards aligned to NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks enabling consistent risk reduction and remediation at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Establish baseline hardening standards for critical platforms (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Network, Identity)
Develop formal hardening standards, including:- OS hardening
- Endpoint (windows, macOS)
- Servers (Windows, Linux, Database)
- Meeting room Equipments (Cisco, Lenovo etc)
- Mobile devices
- Apple iOS
- MacOS
- Android
- Network and hardware (firewalls, switches, Load balancers, printers, Wireless devices)
- OS hardening
- Each standard must include Configuration requirements (clear, enforceable) & Validation method (how compliance is checked) mapping to NIST CSF / CIS benchmarks
Required Experience
- 5–10+ years in cybersecurity, with focus on:
- Vulnerability Management / Hardening / Secure Configuration
- Strong experience with:
- CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF,
- Enterprise infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Active Directory)
- Cloud security posture management (Azure/Oracle/GCP)
- Hands-on exposure to tools like:
- Vulnerability scanners
- Cloud security platforms
- Experience producing audit-ready security standards and documentation
