Lead IT infrastructure projects at CBC/Radio-Canada using detailed engineering design, cloud technologies, and hands-on deployment expertise in a hybrid work model.This full-time permanent Engineering Project Lead position is based in Toronto, with projects focused on technology deployment. You will improve infrastructure for data management, cloud-based applications, and containerization. The work also includes infrastructure automation, security, resilience, and project delivery from proposal through handover.Key Responsibilities:
Create concept designs for business partner reviewDesign practical solutions to complex infrastructure problemsTrack project schedules, budgets, and progressOversee procurement, implementation, testing, and handoverVerify system performance and rectify deficienciesRequirements:
Minimum five years designing and implementing IT infrastructureKnowledge of virtualization, containers, storage, cloud, and scriptingExperience deploying critical infrastructure and security systemsBachelor’s degree or diploma in applied science or engineeringMandatory membership or eligibility for provincial engineering associationApply engineering leadership, infrastructure design, cloud, and containerization expertise to CBC/Radio-Canada technology projects.
